Hi Leslie,

Stuart and I want to say a huge thanks to Leslie Depweg for making our house sale happen for us. After looking at houses in the Paradise area from out of state for over a year and having had several properties fall through because of inspection issues, Leslie stuck with us. We saw a house we liked that was not on the market. Leslie immediately offered to ask the owner if she were interested in selling. Leslie has very special communication skills, is low key, and calm in manner. Amazingly, the owner decided to sell and we have the property of our dreams. Thank you, Leslie!

We just had to write and tell you what a tremendous job you did helping us navigate our real estate excursion.

First selling our home, and then getting us through an arduous process of acquiring a short-sale dream property we badly wanted.

The selling of our home left us awestruck! On the market at 9am, with two offers for our asking price by 3pm is miraculous! And the offer we accepted was a cash offer!

Then came the short-sale acquisition. We can still hardly believe it truly came to be, but we wake up every morning in our dream home and again give thanks for all your hard work. Several times we were ready to give up, but you stayed right there with us, and then it was ours.
